New Sake Season, New Cedar Ball

A sake brewery in central Japan announced this year’s product in a unique way – by hanging a ball of cedar branches. The Tenryou Brewery hangs the green symbol every year, and it’s become an early winter tradition. The ball stays up until next year’s sake is ready.

Tenryou Brewery says that although rice did not grow well this year and polishing it was a challenge, they still managed to make fragrant sake with a fruity finish. Can't wait to try it!
