Designed by Masaya Hashimoto for Italian brand Vibram, these shoes are inspired by traditional Japanese furoshiki wrapping cloths, which were historically used to carry things like clothing or bento.

Dubbed Furoshiki Shoes, the durable "wrap-around sole" ensconces your foot, held in place by bands that attach around your ankle to provide both comfort and freedom of movement.
