One-Day Windsurfing Lesson in Kamakura
To begin the adventure, you'll change into your wet suit and go to the sea after a short meeting. After a warm-up exercise and setting up the equipment, there's a lecture on the land. Even beginners or people who can't swim can feel safe as the staff supports you.
Lunch time will be from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. and you can order lunch at the shop on that day. In the afternoon you can continue to enjoy windsurfing even more!
Location, Direction & Description
By car:
Head towards Kamakura and Zushi from Asahina IC of Yokohama-Yokosuka Expressway, aiming for the Kamakura prefectural parking lot. There's an exclusive parking lot for 15 vehicles. (costing ¥2,000 [US$19.92] per day)
By train:
Getting out from east exit of Kamakura Station, JR Yokosuka Line, take the bus bound for Zushi at the depot no. 7 (via Kotsubo) and get off the bus at Iijima bus stop.
Additional Notes
The activity operates even in rain. But in case of thunder, tsunami warning, strong winds, high waves and typhoons, the activity will be canceled. If possible, you'll be informed the evening before. The activity may be canceled by the judgement of instructor when weather changes suddenly—please note this in advance.
Safety is the priority at the school. Participants are required to wear life jackets and rescue boats are always ready.
This tour will be held only in Japanese.
