Genya is one of the famous Sakekasu ramen stores in Kyoto. Located in an area famous for Japanese Sake production, the Sakekasu Ramen was exclusive to winter during the olden days. It can today be enjoyed all year round and the delicious soy-sauce based ramen has a Sake fragrance, served together with char siu (roasted pork meat) and deep-fried tofu.
