Fall Leaves Redder than Usual in Central Japan
Visitors to Mount Norikura in central Japan can now enjoy fall foliage. And wow are they in for a treat this year!

A local tourism association says this year’s climate made the leaves turn redder than usual. The colored leaves are expected to last until the beginning of November.
A potentially active volcano, Mount Norikura can be found on Gifu's border with Nagano Prefecture. It's listed as one of the 100 Famous Japanese Mountains.
