Mt. Fuji Gets First Snowcap
Mt. Fuji got its first snowcap of the season on Monday, September 28.

A local meteorological observatory said the temperature at the summit of Japan’s iconic mountain dropped to minus 6 degrees Celsius overnight. The snowcap was seen two days earlier than usual, and 24 days earlier than last year.
