Ben & Jerry’s Lemont. Fuji

As you might have guessed, the name is a mash-up of “lemon” and “Mount Fuji.” The climes of Mount Fuji aren’t really suited for growing sun-loving citrus fruits, though, so instead Ben & Jerry’s makes Lemont. Fuji’s ice cream using lemons grown on Hiroshima Prefecture’s Setouchi islands in the Seto Inland Sea.
