Sure, you can make copies on a copy machine. But Lawson copy machines also let you fax, scan to a USB memory disk, print PDFs, print photos on proper photo paper, and even send your print information through the internet! And no—you don't need Japanese to do it!

Select Your Language

While the menu may initially be a little intimidating, note the Language button at the top right.

This will give you options in seven other languages, including Chinese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Tagalog, Russian, Spanish and American English.

Select Your Service

Once you've selected your language, it's time to pick your service.

Copy is fairly straightforward, so let's go with Print Service.

We have the options of printing a PDF file or photo from a memory storage device, or printing from the internet. For internet-based printing, you need to download the PrintSmash app for iPhone or Android. Be aware that only JPEGs and PDFs will print, so you need to convert any text documents to the appropriate format!

Agree to the User Agreement...

...then select the type of device you've stored your data on.
