By NIPPON TV NEWS 24 JAPANOfficials at the ministry of agriculture say there have been at least 744 reports of such mysterious parcels since the end of July. The seeds were in envelopes marked China Post. Officials warn that the seeds could potentially be contaminated with viruses that could spread disease.
