Narita Airport Marks Over 1 BILLION Travelers!
On Thursday, November 21, 2019, Narita Airport celebrated servicing 1.1 billion travelers.

The transportation hub has been serving the Tokyo metropolitan area since May of 1978. Narita has seen a record-breaking number of users every year since 2014. Last year, nearly 43 million people passed through. The international airport is planning to extend one runway and add a third to accommodate the increasing number of foreign tourists coming to Japan. Here's to the next billion!
