Take Your Shelves on the Plane

| Design , Video

Have you ever had the urge to pack up your tansu (traditional Japanese storage unit or cabinet) and leave? Thanks to Yokou Yamaguchi's idea to merge traditional tansu and luggage, you’ll now be ale to roll your lightweight, mobile tansu right out of your house and onto an airplane or train.

The tansu luggage comes in two types, each with a different combination of drawers. And since these are intended to be carried around outside, each drawer comes with a key for storage safety.
