From the time the shuttle picks you up from the station and takes you to the ryokan until your departure, the staff at Miyakowasure make sure that your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. As you arrive at the Japanese inn, a staff member will come out to greet you and lead you into the lounge where you can enjoy unlimited espresso and fruit. Then you will be courteously shown to your room.

Each room comes with its own rotenburo (open air bath), yukata and complementary products like makeup remover, facial lotion and moisturizer. In addition to the rotenburo, there are also two large, 24-hour indoor public baths segregated by sex and a third private bath which can be reserved for blocks of 50 minutes at a time. All of the baths are supplied by continuously flowing natural spring water.

All of the meals prepared at Miyakowasure use only the freshest of local ingredients and are absolutely delicious. The staff even pushes around a cart full of vegetables so that guests can pick the ones they like best.

One night with two meals included comes to ¥27,000 (US$253), but, for the amount of top-notch services received, it's worth every penny!
