Would You Like Some Burger with Your Bacon?

Restaurants Burgers

Back in 2012, Burger King Japan announced that it would stack 15 bacon strips on your Whopper for a mere additional ¥100, so the folks at RocketNews24 decided to test just how much bacon Burger King could stack.

The final burger contained 1,050 strips of bacon, weighed in at 2.7 kilograms (5.9 lbs) and was roughly 14,300 calories—enough energy to sustain an average person for about 10 days. Thankfully, the reporter didn't have to finish it all on his own, since his coworkers helped him consume his ginormous construction.
