The exhibition was open from March until May 2016 at the Niigata Prefectural Museum of Modern Art, but this new installation at the Tokyo City View Observation Deck Sky Gallery will also include paraphernalia from Studio Ghibli’s newest movie, The Red Turtle, which is a co-production with French animation studio Wild Bunch.

This great exhibition will open from July 7, 2016 with adult admission set at ¥2,300 (US$21). Visitors will be able to see posters and flyers, initial proposals and vast amounts of animation material from all of the studio’s movies, which spans an impressive 30 years. The gallery only lasts until September 11, 2016, though, so Ghibli fans should be sure to get there before it’s gone.
