Alcohol Video Learning Japanese

After drinking a lot of snake venom alcohol (habushu) purchased on a trip to the Islands of Okinawa (watch it here!), Grace and Ryosuke from Texan in Tokyo try to get their brains around a selection of tongue twisters in both English and Japanese.

The game gets underway after the pair play a game of rock-paper-sisters, which Ryosuke wins, allowing him to go first by choosing a Japanese tongue twister for Grace to repeat. Next up Grace hits Ryosuke with her English tongue twisters—and, in a below-the-belt punch, she chooses a lot of challenges with difficult R and L words!

Watch the video to see who wins—and if Ryosuku can get his tongue around those difficult sounds!
